Akuntabilitas dalam Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa Pemerintah melalui Sistem E-Procurement (Studi pada Layanan Pengadaan secara Elektronik Pemerintah Kabupaten Kediri)

: Accountability on Government Procurement of Goods And Services through E-Procurement System (Studies in LPSE Kabupaten Kediri). This study begining from administrative accountability and proffesional accountability on government procurement goods and sevices trought e-procurement system. Based from Inpres No.01 of 2013 about act againts corruption have to do goods and services procurement used electronic system for 100% procurement on minitry and local governmant. For example is LPSE Kabupaten Kediri whom practiced e-procurement system since 2011 and the result is administrative accountability and proffesional accountability are not maximally applied yet because we can be found inhibitors factor, there is no direct meeting between admin and partners, limit network capacity, and employee who expert IT.
